This training block is designed to show how easy it is to add contacts to the database, tag records for filtering, adding notes to keep an organized record of communication.
There are two main purposes for maintaining contacts in your Realvolve database:
* Quick access to stored information on each contact for regular correspondence like making phone calls, sending emails and text messages. Realvolve also uses the contact information in workflows to automate your day-to-day processes.
* Links contacts to properties and transactions during the listing and closing process to help automate checklists and prevent communication problems between party members.
